Trained in some of the finest Italian and French establishments, I had the privilege of working alongside Alain Ducasse in Monaco before joining Gualtiero Marchesi, the first Italian chef to receive three Michelin stars, with whom I collaborated for many years between Italy and Paris.
My cuisine draws its identity from Italian tradition, exceptional ingredients, and a deep respect for flavor. Each menu is designed according to your wishes, your event, and the experience you wish to offer your guests.
